EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO DO AND KNOW

Our Exhibitor Zone will help you to plan your attendance at the Show and will ensure that you are maximising the opportunity.

This page contains everything you need.  You will see which items are a compulsory read (orange), those which require action (green) and those which relate to your stand including recommended order forms (in blue).  There is also a section (pink) which provides you with everything you need to ensure you get the right visitors to your stand.

It is suggested that you work through each section in the order shown below.

Please note:  there continue to be scams from people claiming to be working on behalf of the M+H Team and trying to sell you our data. Please do not engage with them. 

You will only ever be contacted by the following members of the team: Anna Preedy, Felicity Jolliffe, Becky Winney, Chelsea Brown. Alistair Hardaker and Jessica Elliman

Please note the following key deadlines:

  • Asap: book your parking – space is very limited and we advise leaving your car behind! Read this section first – there are critical updates for vehicle access.
  • 31 March:  submit stand plans and paperwork for Space Only stands here
  • 31 March: complete your free Show Guide Profile
  • 4 April:  order electrics and lighting (strongly advised)
  • w/c 10TH April: book your vehicle access pass (compulsory for all vehicles). The later you leave it, the less likely you are to get an unloading/loading slot.
  • 9 April: if you require guaranteed, fast, internet connection order here
  • 11 April:  order furniture
  • 14 April: order stand extras and graphics
  • 21 April:  submit proof of insurance and health & safety declaration – compulsory
  • 4 May:  order audio-visual equipment
  • 5 May: Pre order food for delivery to your stand – it saves time and money
  • 9 May: order your badges (compulsory) and visitor data scanners
