A top quality Shell Scheme stand is offered as standard to all of our exhibitors. It is characterised by rear and side partitions (where applicable) a top running facia board featuring your nameboard and a pole in each open corner. The shell scheme is 2450mm high to the underneath if the grid. The image below is an example 3m x 3m corner stand.
PLEASE NOTE – If you are a repeat exhibitor please be aware that we are using a different shell scheme this year which will feature a facia board across the top of your stand with your nameboard on. Please refer to the image below for your reference.
Please note that the useable panel height and width for graphics etc is indicated on the image and we would advise using our official contractor, Showlite, for supply of graphics. The internal dimensions of stands are fractionally smaller than the external dimensions, as follows:
- The System is 990mm centre to centre of post
- The post is 40mm so 990mm x stand width less 40mm is the calculation
We strongly recommend that you contact Showlite to check precise internal dimensions for your specific stand if you are looking to display materials which are close in size to the dimensions of your stand.
Your company name and stand number will be applied to the corner of your stand, in black letters on a white background.
All Shell Scheme stand exhibitors must complete the Health & Safety Declaration form.
Please ensure you have read our Event Regulations and Security section which includes details about what is permitted on your stand and what is not. You should also be aware of the Fire Regulations which relate to materials on your stand.
Trolleys + Forklifts
Trolleys are not provided at the venue, so please bring your own if you need one to deliver goods to your stand. Trolleys are only permitted on the exhibition floor outside show open hours for the safety of visitors.
Forklifts and pallet trucks are not available onsite. If you require the use of a fork lift it will be necessary to hire the services of our logistics company, Premier Show Freight.
Waste
Exhibitors and their contractors must remove excessive or hazardous waste at the end of the show, otherwise charges will be incurred.
