The impact this team makes on the lives of carers and those living with dementia cannot be uderestimiated. There are no better words to sum up what a difference these increcible volunteers have made than those spoken by the wife of someone who has had the benefit of their support. As she said – “I drop off this sad old man with dementia and take home my husband”.
