This session will explore the innovative approaches museum learning teams have taken to plan and deliver their outreach programmes for underserved audiences, including in hospitals and prisons. It will explore how collections, arts, culture and creativity are used to create meaningful and sustainable engagement with these participants, addressing loneliness, isolation and other challenges.
