EXHIBITOR & CONTRACTOR BADGES AND PASSES + DATA SCANNERS

Exhibitor Badges 

All members of your staff who will be manning your stand during the Show open days must be registered for an exhibitor badge. Exhibitor badges are issued by our registration company, Regbox, and should be ordered via their badging portal 

Contractor access during Build-up and Breakdown

Any staff or contractors that will only be on-site for build-up and breakdown, will need to wear a wristband which will be issued on arrival. They will also be asked to complete a site induction form.

The wristbands will be issued on arrival.

Ordering badges

If you have an account from last year’s Show, simply log in (there is a forgotten password option if needed).  Alternatively, register for an account if you are a first-time user. Within the portal, you can then provide the details for all of your colleagues. You can also edit and add names should requirements change. You will need to collect your badges from the registration desk on arrival at the Show. 

Badge scanners

You will also find, within the Exhibitor Badge portal, an opportunity to hire badge data scanners, which are a great way to gather information from prospective leads, avoiding the need to handle business cards and juggle bits of paper!

Regbox, the Show’s registration company, offer various data-collecting/badge scanner options, all of which can be ordered via the Exhibitor Badge portal:

1. Visitor Badge Scanner – scan to collect contact details
2. Visitor Badge Scanner Scanner and call to action sheet (+C2A) – scan to collect contact details and set predetermined qualifiers
3. New this year – smartphone app

The costs start with an early bird rate which runs up to Monday 12 May. If you order at the Show, the costs will be higher:

1. Scanner – 1^st scanner £170+VAT, additional scanners £100+VAT each
2. Scanner + Call to Action Sheet  – 1^st scanner £200+vat, additional scanners £100+VAT each
3. Smart phone App – 1^st user licence £300+VAT extra licences £100+VAT each
