This session aims to facilitate networking for those involved in the creation of visitor, guest or customer experience. Providing opportunities for problem-solving, developing new ideas and sharing learning within the visitor experience industry. This session is solely for professionals that work in cultural and heritage sites – including museums, galleries, heritage sites, zoos, gardens, historic houses and many more.
You don’t have to be a member of VE:Forum to attend this session but there will be an opportunity to join at the show and during the session. Membership of the VE:Forum is free and open to anybody working in a customer service management or leadership role, whether from a charity or a publicly-funded organisation, or a commercial operation. Professionals from all sectors are welcome to join as sharing ideas, experiences, best practice and stories of the good and the not-so-good outcomes of a project, can benefit all members.
