In this session, Colin shares his experience of developing compelling offers that match what audiences want from their visit, forming great visitor experiences and finding opportunities to increase earned income from visitors looking for added value. The focus is on uncovering simple ways to make more of what is already there. This includes auditing existing venues from the viewpoint of visitors, considering the full range of assets across the whole organisation and finding quick wins and easy changes.
