Only 6% of people with SEND are in sustained employment. “Careers for All” aims to change this through an inclusive and diverse careers programme. This session will discuss the steps taken to address this shocking statistic through enabling learners with SEND to gain greater knowledge of the adult world through bespoke careers knowledge and work experience opportunities, from the perspective of Leeds Museums and Galleries and a Post 16 teacher.
